Experience:
Qualified CS (fresher) or Semi-qualified with 2 years of training experience
Qualification:
Company Secretary + Law Graduate would be an added advantage

Professional / Technical Skills Required
- Ensuring compliances with Companies Act, RBI, FEMA and other applicable regulations.
- Preparation and maintenance of secretarial records, statutory books and registers.
- Independent communication with consultants/stakeholders as per requirement.
- Drafting/review of commercial/non-commercial contracts, legal documents in respect of Laws/statutory provisions applicable to the Company and in line with industry practices, assist in developing templates and processes.
- Assisting in developing internal legal system and processes.
Requirements and skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and FEMA
- Ability to identify and interpret applicable laws and rules
- Good communication and drafting skills
- Readiness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently
